Issue
A green, purple, or pink haze appears in the Source, Program monitor, or in the exported file. This issue occurs if the Intel GPU drivers on your system are not compatible or you have an older version of the drivers.
This issue can be seen in the following products:
- Adobe Premiere Pro version 13.0 and later
- Adobe Premiere Rush version 1.0 and later
- Adobe Media Encoder version 13.0 and later
Solution
Premiere Pro
Check and update your device driver.
The device driver version that fixes this issue is Intel Driver version 24.20.100.6286. Click here to download the driver version.
If updating the device driver does not work, try changing the video rendering settings as follows:
File > Project Settings > General > Video Rendering and Playback > Mercury Playback Engine Software Only
Adobe Media Encoder
Check and update your device driver.
