Learn all about the plans that include Premiere Rush, and how to upgrade from the Premiere Rush Starter plan to a paid plan.
The Adobe Premiere Rush free Starter plan is available to anyone with a free Creative Cloud membership. This plan allows you to download and use Premiere Rush on iOS, Android, and desktop devices. With this plan, you can shoot, edit, and share unlimited videos using the free features and content available in Premiere Rush. Upgrading to a paid plan gives you access to all premium features and content.
Note:
Adobe Creative Cloud services are currently not supported in Premiere Rush in China. As a result, Premiere Rush is not available in this region.

Upgrade from the Starter plan to a paid plan
From within the Premiere Rush desktop app, upgrade your Premiere Rush plan by clicking on the Upgrade notification that appears within the app, or purchase a subscription from Adobe.com that allows you to use Premiere Rush on all devices.

Notifications in the Premiere Rush Starter product provide you with information about premium features and content and a link to upgrade. Click Upgrade to upgrade from the Starter plan to the paid plan.

In the secure web page that opens, enter your email address.
If you have an existing email address associated with Adobe, enter that email address. If you are new to Adobe, enter a valid email address. The address you enter will be your Adobe ID, so use an address you’ll remember.

Decide if you want a month to month, or annual plan.
The total amount that you need to pay automatically updates (minus tax) depending on the plan you choose.

Click Continue.
If you are an existing Adobe user, you are prompted to sign in and complete the purchase. If you are a new user, you need to set a password and then complete the purchase.
