Learning Research

The Learning Research team in Adobe's Learning Resources group informs strategic & tactical decision-making about how we help people learn Adobe products.

Our current major areas of investigation include:
--How do we spot the gaps in our content, and fill them?
--How do we identify content that needs improving, and fix it?
--How do we help people find the content they need, when they need it?
--What's the best way to present our content?  For example, when should we use video, and when PDF?
--What role does the Adobe community play in providing learning content?  How might they participate in the future?

The learning research group is:
--Diana Joseph, Learning Research Manager
--Meg Gordon, Learning Researcher
--Rob Liebscher, Senior Research Analyst
--Lindsay Oishi, Learning Research Intern
--Ya-Ting Teng, Learning Research Intern
