Where are my files?

You can access Adobe Acrobat online from https://acrobat.adobe.com. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account. You can access Adobe Acrobat online services and also download the latest Acrobat desktop and mobile apps.

Work with files on Adobe Cloud storage

You can access your files on Adobe Cloud, using your web browser, the Acrobat and Acrobat Reader desktop apps, or the Acrobat mobile app.

To access your files, do one of the following:

  • Using your browser, sign in to Adobe Acrobat online and click Documents in the top-menu bar of Adobe Acrobat home.
  • In Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, choose Home > Adobe Cloud Storage > Your Files and then select a PDF document.
  • In Acrobat Reader mobile app, choose Files > Adobe cloud storage and then select a PDF document.

Attention Free Account Users on Adobe Cloud Storage!

Only free users who actively use the free Adobe plans are eligible for all free benefits, including Adobe cloud storage. If you fail to meet this requirement, your content may be deleted. For further information, refer to the Adobe cloud storage retention policy for inactive free accounts.
