Windows devices with Intel, Nvidia, or AMD processors

Graphics processor	Intel, Nvidia, or AMD* GPU with Direct X Feature Level 12.1. * AMD GPU driver Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.7.1, Driver Version 20.20.01.08 (Windows Driver Store Version 27.20.2001.8002) and newer is required. Visit https://www.amd.com/en/support to download.
Graphics driver	Latest graphics driver is required on Windows 10.
RAM	8 GB of RAM

Peripheral input devices (Highly recommended)	Fresco works best with a stylus such as Surface pen and Wacom's pressure-sensitive pen. For the most realistic drawing, experience Fresco’s full drawing and painting capabilities with Wacom’s pressure-sensitive pen displays and tablets such as Wacom MobileStudio Pro and Wacom Intuos.

Microsoft Surface Pro X and Surface Pro 9 devices with ARM processors

	All the other aspects of ARM are the same as Intel, Nvidia, or AMD processors.

Note:

Fresco is currently not available on other Windows devices with ARM processors.

Install latest graphics driver

To use live brushes in Fresco on Windows, ensure you've installed the latest graphics driver. Fresco checks device compatibility and alerts you to install the latest version of the driver.

Download the Windows 10 graphics driver from the Download Center.
Double-click the <driverfilename>.exe to install the driver. Follow the onscreen instructions and restart the device after installation is complete.

To verify installation:

Right-click the Windows start menu and click Device Manager.
In the Display adapter section, right-click the Intel graphics name and click Driver.

Check whether the driver version and driver date are as shown in the Download Center.

Enable hybrid graphics mode on HP ZBook x2 G4

To install Fresco on HP ZBook x2 G4, you must manually enable the hybrid graphics mode. Restart your device and run the Fresco installer again.

To enable the hybrid graphics mode, turn off and then turn on the device, and press the Esc key repeatedly to enter the Startup menu.
From the Startup menu, press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
Click Advanced > Device Configurations > Hybrid Graphics, and then click Enable.
Click Save, and when prompted, click Save changes and exit BIOS.

Alternately, use HP Performance Advisor:

Install and launch the HP Performance advisor application.
Click Your Computer tab in the sidebar and click BIOS Settings.
Scroll down and double-click on Advanced and double-click on GFX.
Select Hybrid Graphics from the drop-down.
Click OK to restart and apply the changes.
