Getting started with a subscription is fast and easy: Go to our buying guide page and choose your product and plan, and then complete the purchase. Immediately after purchase, check your email for a message from Adobe with a link to download your software. After you download the product, double-click the installer and follow the onscreen instructions to install your product and start your subscription.

Yes! You can download a trial version from the Adobe Downloads page. You'll need to sign in with an Adobe ID and password to download a trial. For detailed instructions, see this article on installing a trial. If you have problems with the trial download, see this troubleshooting guide for solutions.

Read these simple solutions to common Adobe ID and sign in issues to regain access to your account.

Sign in to your Adobe accounts page with your current Adobe ID and password. From there, click the Security & Privacy tab, and then click Change under Password. For more information on changing your password and other account information, see Manage your Adobe ID account.

You can update your credit card information from your accounts page on adobe.com. See Payment in the Adobe Store | Online order and payment FAQ.

You can convert the 30-day trial version of Adobe Technical Communication Suite into a subscription by purchasing a license from adobe.com. For any queries, you can reach us at techcomm@adobe.com.

You can cancel your subscription from your accounts page on adobe.com or by contacting Adobe Support. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. You will not have access to your subscription software after you cancel.
